#188062 Sort Your carp crap Out, Nintendo

Silence, you are not allowed to be positive about the Wii U on these forums! It's doomed, because a few crybabies say so!

Apparently! >_<

Wii U is not doomed. Grow up. it has sold more in it's first 4 months than the PS3 and Xbox360, and it's sales rose in the UK by 125%.

Not to mention heaps of games are coming out the second half of this year.

Seriously. Stop.

#170968 3ds or 3ds XL

I would definitely choose the XL over the original. It just feels like a better build than the first, and the bigger screen really helps the 3D experience.

#170961 Nintendo's Backwards Online Costs Man Hundreds of $

To be honest, if I bought a Wii U, transferred all my stuff to it, and then it broke, I would send it to Nintendo, not take it back. Just seems a little silly to me that he would take it back.

It would look horrible.

It is only slightly worse that the Wii's graphics? It wouldn't look too bad.

Remember the good old days when you could buy a special cartridge for your SNES and shove in a Game Boy game, or when you clipped the doo-hicky to your Gamecube and could play GBA games? Why not do the same for Wii U and 3DS?

This is entirely theoretical and I don't expect this to be a reality, but I think it would be a good idea, using the Wii U Gamepad as a bottom screen and the TV as the top screen. The Wii's resolution isn't much better than the 3DS' so I'm sure it could easily be possible (if the hardware would allow it).

I guess the only reason the wouldn't do it would be to keep people buying a 3DS. Then again, it is entirely possible that the hardware might not allow it.

In any case, what do you guys think?

#170941 Why won't Nintendo do a Pokemon Console game?

Posted by Calman102 on 12 February 2013 - 11:36 PM in Wii U Games and Software

I think it's because of the poor sales figures and reviews of Pokemon Colosseum and XD. Also, Pokemon was DESIGNED around handhelds.

If you really want a Pokemon RPG, just get a 3DS. They are good ^_^

Sup people.

You may or may not know me from the 3DS Forums, but I have been trying to avoid this forum for a while (I don't like to be active on multiple forums at once) but hey, what the heck.

I got my Wii U on launch day, but my Dad kept it from me and my little brothers (yes, that IS correct grammar) until Christmas

I personally own Batman: Arkham City- Armoured Edition and Call of Duty: Black Ops II as well as 2 Wii games I also got which are The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. I am looking forward to The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD.

I have 2 eShop games as well; Trine 2: Directors Cut and Balloon Fight.

So I am hoping this community will be just as good as the 3DS Forums one. DON'T LET ME DOWN :P

(Now to get 5 posts so I can enter the chatbox!)
