Is there a big difference for it and you only need that cable? Nothing else? Do you or someone you know use it?

I use it, and there is a significant difference between the original cables.

Sucks that the tv I use for gaming only has the RGB plugs i.e. only the 3, not enough to use the cable on the tv I wanted to use it on. My dad mostly uses the HD tv, so I don't use it for gaming on the wii -.-
