Wii U might still have no such captivating game title as "Wii Sports" for Wii, with which people immediately comprehended its product value, but it surely has a lot of factors appreciated by users.

That is not a failure. You can blame Nintendo for not yet having an install base.

Nintendo Land was created as the appeal title for Wii U, much like Wii Sports was for the Wii.
Nintendo Land hasn't created that effect. That is why it's a failure.
Maybe it wasn't for half of the games being multiplayer only.

A quarter of the games were multiplayer only. Please count.
Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

it wouldv done well if it had online multiplayer some how. it would be hard bc of the fact that you hade to you wii remotes to play multiplayer and everyone would be on their gamepad lol. still they should make all their party games online...especially mario party
it also would be a lot better if you could play the multiplayer by yourself against bots.

Nintendo Land personally appealed to me highly and was actually one of the reasons I got my Wii U. It was in my oppinion better than Wii Sports. However it appears im the minority in this.

it would be more fun if you had a group of people to play with all the time but im a lone gamer so i enjoyed it but its one of those games i'll play every once in a great while.

Nintendoland actually shows the potential of the gamepad like Skyward Sword did for Wii.

Yeah I can see that I loved it and it really showed what the gamepad could do but It would have been better if it had online service.
(sorry my wii u makes it impoosible for me to quote properly)

I'm one of those few people who actually liked Nintendo Land. One of my favorite Wii U games so far (though that is mainly because it's the only Wii u game i currently own).

in advertising wiiU, true it failed, but no adds in general were a worse failure overall.

Ok, I like Nintendo Land. I prefer it over Wii Sports. I still like Wii Sports though. I think what really hurt NL was that it had no online mode. It was released in 2012. Gaming has different standards now compared to 7-8 years ago. You also have to realize that Wii Sports was a new motion style game, NL really isn't anything too new. Sure it uses the gamepad, but I don't think that a lot of people were blown away. I think next time Nintendo will consider using another type of game when launch their next console, like Mario Kart.

no online multiplayer is a huge issue
Games of The Moment
New Super Mario Bros. 2
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

I've been playing NintendoLand again recently, and I don't see how it's a failure. I agree it hasn't made as big as an impact as Wii Sports, but that's because of the small WiiU install base. There's not much impact to be made.
Some people always have a cellphone on them. I'm so awesome I always have a 3DS.

I don`t think Nintendo Land can be called a failure when people didn`t even understand what Wii U is, in the first place.
