I have a Samsung UN55C7000 TV. It's been working with my Wii U for some time. After the last software update it now displays nothing to my TV. I have tried all of the following with no luck.

1. Update the TV Firmware to latest version

2. Plug/Unplug HDMI cable

3. Go into Wii setting and change the resolution

4. Change the output from HDMI to analog and back

5. Search Nintendo.com for answers

6. Saw issue posted with blinking blue light. There is no blinking blue light on my Wiii

7. Noticed the new Yellow mode light after shutting down wii

Everything worked fine before software update. Any ideas how to fix this?

Try calling Nintendo tech support.

This. Nintendo will probably tell you how to fix it or whether you'll be needing it sent in to be fixed.

Just before bed I had an idea. I disconnected the HDMI at the TV end and re-connected it. Then I had to set the display setting on the wii back to HDMI to get it to take. But that worked. I have my TV on a wall mount that can pivot and I guess one of the cables got slightly loose. Thanks for your quick responses.
