Dang the Wii U will be awesome after everything announced at E3. We just need more 3rd party games.

Very true. It's general knowledge Nintendo is a conservative company and prefers to play it safe. One of the reasons they have been so rich so long is the fact they don't take insane risks is investment. Sega loved taking risks with their money and look what happened to them.

 

Well, I can't find a recent balance sheet for Nintendo on their investor page. No SEC filings available per Yahoo Finance either, so their cash holdings will remain a mystery. 

 

I am not a proponent of throwing money at the problem, but, I am simply amazed that all of the third parties are withdrawing their sports titles. It is concerning for the platform. 

 

I would not buy them, but many do. Since you brought it up, Sega also was without EA, and look what happened to them;) (no relation to Sega, Nintendo could operate at a loss for years on end before going under apparently).

That was not what killed Sega. Many other things did. Most which Nintendo is not having problem with.

I know it. It is terrible to think of. Anyway, the gamepad is awesome, and I want someone other than Nintendo to use it. I  do not want off TV and maps on the pad to be the Wii U's waggle.

2K is only mad because 2K13 didn't sell. Perhaps if we had a decent amount of games at the time and the port wasn't crap and had effort put into it?!?

2.Not me. I saw how the 2K13 port was crap and how they would get butthurt and compalin despite the fact the devs were slacking off.

 

3.The Xbox One will most likely tank. As for the PS4 it will sell but probably slower than Sony has before. Nintendo is well on their way to receive many 1st part blockbusters making the Wii U a hot topic causing devs to flock back over.

 

 

2K13 isn't crap on Wii U.  I love the game.

Disappointed. I did not buy 2k13 because I could see it was a bad port but was committed to buying the next NFL/NBA title on the Wii U.

2K13 isn't crap on Wii U. I love the game.

I didn't even have the clothes physics. Its one of those games they rushed the port. That game probably was made in under 6 months or around that. They should have just waited and made 2k14 for Wii U.
