Fallout 4 is set in Boston and has a patriotic American theme
30 second trailer was shown behind closed doors at E3
it has multiplayer where you join "factions" (Like The Division)
Fallout 4 might be a MMO type (like TES:O) game might not even be called Fallout 4
and it will be shown to the public before E3 2014
With a release date of 7-4-15 for the 4th of July
The game will have emphasis on survival.
Game wasn't up to Bethesdas standards sorta like Prey 2
Bethesda had the game ready for PS4 and Xbone in 2014 but they want the install base to grow and they want to polish the game.
So basically what im getting is that they had a completed Fallout game saw what everyone was doing for E3 this year and decided not to show a half baked game to the public.
