So whenever I turn off my computer for instances like my computer freezing and what-not, when I turn it back on, a lot of spamming ads come up whenever I'm at my desktop. It's very annoying to have to deal with these ads. It is also causing a lot of problems like, freezing, slow down time when opening things, and annoyance to me. Does anyone know how to kill or get rid of it permanently? I'd post pictures but that would mean I would have to turn off the computer again, any help would be very helpful and appreciated.

I think you have a virus. I'm guessing the ads are coming from the Internet, so I would suggest that you disconnect your computer from the Internet and made a thorough scan of your computer.

This isn't a virus. It's called adware. You somehow probably brought those ads onto yourself, perhaps by installing a shady piece of software that came with them or something.
Really, without any specific information, I'm afraid I can't give you much more than that. Go through the list in Control Panel > Uninstall a program, and see if you can find and uninstall the adware from there. If not, you may need to look into a tool that removes like Spybot: Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware. In a worst-case scenario, you'll have to re-install Windows.
