Tokyo Software Development Group No. 1 , the ones who did Mario Galaxy 1, Ocarina of Time 3D, Jungle Beat and Four Swords DSi are currently not developing any announced game. Why? I don't know. However, a gut feeling tells me they're working on something. I don't know if this something is more VC releases or something big but I have a big feeling they have something up their sleeves.

Well they haven't been doing anything since 2011. So they had 2 years to make this game, maybe it's the new IP Miyamoto was talking about.
Well, I've finally found my Starfox, and I love it.

Seems like a very logical observation.
Whatever they're up to though, it will be good.
