Have just bought a wii u.I cant connect to the internet,its the right wi-fi ssid and key but say wrong key or error 103-1001.Im not the best with computer and stuff,so what im i doing wrong? Please help me?

Usually googling the error code or going to nintendo's Wii U support page can help explain what is wrong. From there you still have to solve it yourself. Just in case though, security codes for wifi are case sensitive. So check and see if you are entering uppercase and lowercase letters in the right area.
