The list seems a bit off but I do agree that Pikmin 3 is number 1 so far.

With or without games, the list will likely be obsolete within the next two months after the other big releases come out.

I have to play Pikmin 3. I always loved the series but I heard this one takes it to new levels.

Should have waited for Windwaker and Sonic because they would be on the list.

The list itself seems out of order, but it seems like IGN has some actual ideas.

 

Rayman Legends in the top 3, yes.  Rayman Legends needs to be platformer of the year again, even if I will love Sonic.

Looking at that list w101 is too low ( i am a big w101 fanboy but does anyone really think ninty land is a better game?)

Lol they put Nintendo land in there, Bahahaha it's just a technical demo. I suppose they probably started to run out of things to put on the list.

I'm confused as to why Disney Infinity beat out Toki Tori 2, Trine 2, DuckTales, BLOPS 2, Sonic Racing, Mutant Mudds, and a bunch of others. It's a fine game, but I think it should have been 25th or 24th on the list. Disney probably just offered IGN some cold hard dosh for that decision.

Lists like these are not good, it's just some ogre's opinion on rainbow. Everyone will have their own lists.
For instance, mine would feature trine 2 in the top 5.

Trine 2 was and is absolutely fantastic. One of the finest games of the 7'th generation.

Need for Speed is cool, but not better than Sonic, IMO.  All good games- it's just a matter of preference.
