It was revealed today int heir investor meeting that both have agreed to take pay cuts in light of Iwata's failure of the past 2 years, it should be noted this is the second pay cut they've given themselves.
Iwata and Miyamoto taking a further 50% pay cut.

They have failed the beginning of this generation, but is nice to see this devotion to the company, really hope this year this guys make the wii u more relevant to the market.
Hope they come with all the big guns for this year.
