Udraw looks pretty similar to the wii u controller, don't you think? The most major difference is the color

There are white ones, you know. And yes, I do think this as well, it is a tablet controller after all. It seems that the only thing that the Wii U can do that the U Draw tablet can`t is stream an entire game to the tablet screen. THAT is the major difference.

Well I think that there are many more differences! Look does the U Draw have a screen? Also I don't quite remembering it having slide pads. The last thing that I want to state is that the WiiU is practically a handheld system in itself. So yes there are some similarities but there are many more differences.

I dont like the U draw, seems pretty rediculous.

The Wii U controller might have something from the U draw because of the screen, it just needs a pen.

The Wii U controller has a stylus. Does that count?

I noticed the similarities (And the name), too.
I wouldn't think too much of it, though. UDraw is a cheap drawing tablet peripheral. The U-Tablet is like a furkleing $1200 professional-grade tablet in comparison. (Figuratively, of course. Don't expect the Wii U to have a two-thousand-and-one sensitivity stylus with a super-hd screen :P)

Well the UDraw was originally released almost a year before E3 2011.

Unless Nintendo took some inspiration (which little was I promise you) this is simply coinsidental.

I would also concur regarding the coincidental nature of their designs. It certainly is interesting, though. However, many things have been simultaneously invented by two unrelated people in the past, like the telephone.

I guess they look somewhat similar. But in terms of what they can do... not at all. The only similarity it function would be that you can draw with it.
