Theory: a lot of game companies have been pushing their release dates back lately( Colonial Marines, Ghost Recon ) and a few others. I wonder if Nintendo has ask some companies to hold off until wii u realeased. Just to have fresh games and no crossovers that come months after ps3 and xbox 360 versions!

I really hope it comes out late June to early July. I can't wait nearly a year more for the Wii U to be released.

Not really,E3 is in june and nintendo will need some time to start advertising thier new console.Plus it's better for game developers to polish up thier games considering that most of them will be done by around june/july and they can have the next 4 months to polish it up.

i dont understand why this is still being discussed or why poeple were still hopeful for august, for some reason the biggest news has lately been failing to get noticed. back in 2011 Iwata already said in an investor meeting that he aimed for a japan september launch and november in EU and NA. no one seemed to care about that though for some reason

They seem to always release the big guns right around my birthday which is November 16th. So i think the release is going to either by the week of November 5th or the week of November 12th. I'm at about 80% chance of getting it. Haven't missed a Nintendo console yet and I dont see a reason to do so now.

For the poll I voted No, because I wanted it to come out a little earlier than that, like august or september. I said I am going to get it reguardless of the release date. August or September is a possibility, since it is after E3 and all. I think it would be good to release in September, because then it will get a little more hype before the holidays come.
