I was thinking after watching some gameplay on youtube from Madworld that I think it would be a good idea if Nintendo made a Madworld 2 on the Wii U. Still should keep it Black&White but just up the graphics and add more gorey ways to kill people.

I'm all for this. I liked the first one. It was hilarious, mad, and sadistically fun (I'm usually not into that kind of stuff, but this game was different).
It'll be awesome to see a sequel and it would give a more hardcore image for Nintendo.

I would rather an hd remake and here is why:
Many hardcore gamers missed out on great hardcore titles on the GameCube and especially the wii, so it would be best. To do hd rereleases of MadWorld, Zack and Wiki, Eternal Darkness, and maybe the conduit would be beneficial in getting the new crowd into established IP's.
Then do a MadWorld 2.

I'd like a Madworld 2, loved the first one, it was a bit short but that helped deal with it getting a bit repetitive.

There already is a Madworld 2, called Anarchy Reigns. Only for PS3 and 360 though.
