The Producer of Resident Evil said they want to make it more action base and less surviveal Horror because they want sales like CoD, what do you think of this?.

And no, CoD is not to blame. What makes you think that? The one at fault here is clearly Crapcom for being stupid.
Anyway, good bye RE, you were good the first 3 times.

Cod has nothing to do with this. The guy just said they look at call of duty sales and say they want great sales like those. This doesnt mean anything horrific is going to happen to RE anyway . Action is a good thing for RE imo. Plus i never found it scary anyway just blood pumpingly exciting when you see a zombie or monster. Look at the movies they are way more action than horror so i dont think the whole series is supposed to be full of short cutscenes with somewgat scary faces and generic zombie models. I like the series and i think capcom has a handle on it
It's the way it sounded, like they would make RE full on Action because of CoD, from the start RE was not like that, I'm saying it sounding like devs want there games to compete with CoD when they are not even in the same genre.

That being said, I do believe that RE:R is putting them back on the right track.(At least that's what I get from the Demo, haven't gotten the full game.)

YES! YES!YES!YES!YES!

I think RE needs to stay somewhat unique. If people want to play CoD than they can play CoD. Why would someone play RE to play CoD.
For some reason I feel like I'm saying really random weird things right now. Time for bed
LOL cod, seafood is yucky.

People are beginning to feel increasingly disillusioned with the Call of Duty series - you can already see the signs, at least I'm pretty sure that's not just in Australia (where I'm from).

I don't think Call of Duty has much, if anything to do with the Producer's decision.

This. I give Activision two or three more years before they run CoD into the ground faster than Guitar Hero.

I'm pretty sure that it's not North America though, that game is starting to get into Monster Hunter and Dragon Quest Territory.I don't think Call of Duty has much, if anything to do with the Producer's decision.

Cod is pass monster hunter and dragon quest territory in terms of sales and the popularity it has.
