If the Xbox 360 is banned and Microsoft loses money, does anyone else wanna tell Nintendo that they should buy back Rareware?
Not really necessary due to the fact that pretty much all old Rare employees left.

Yes but it would be nice to bring back some N64 games like that Banjo Kazooie and give it a proper sequel.Not really necessary due to the fact that pretty much all old Rare employees left.

It's looking that way, as many people believe they are infringing. So this August it will be decided... Ps they have already been banned from GermanyGood idea, but I don't think the Xbox 360 is going to get banned.

It would be good to have them back in the right place with Nintendo, unfortunately that doesn't mean that they will actually make a decent game.

i think the 360s are banned until the final verdict, so i think for the time being they are banned (im not 100% sure on this)

Something to do with multiple accounts of copyright infringement I think.
I don't think Nintendo should buy Rare back. I think they should buy a few IPs from Rare, and then hire the people that quit Rare after they got bought out from Microsoft.

Well it was just a though seeing as they have Retro Studios doing a amazing job on Donkey Kong Country, Metroid Prime and maybe Mario Kart 7. and hopefully that secret Project which is possibly Star Fox/Metroid Fusion Saga. Speaking of which i think SEGA should just become 2nd Party to Nintendo. theyre not really doing anything but Sonic which is not bad now seeing as they finally got it right but they seem to have a nack for making a killer F-Zero Game

Anyway, Rare's done and finished, stop living in the 90s. Secondly the 360 won't get banned world wide, there's always like a settlement with patents. I don't know what stage they're at but last time I remember was that MS and had patents that Motorola Infringed on, assuming this is about the MS and Motorola dispute.
If Xbox gets banned then that's literally bad, because Motorola's claim is that MS infringes on the use of H.264
This can hurt more consumers since h.264 pretty much is the most used video codec. So don't be happy if Motorola get their way and potentially increase fees for H.264

Rare is pretty bad now, but it would be nice for Banjo- Kazooie and Conker to be in the next Smash Bros. 
I don't want to be mean to 360 owners, but I think it wold be great if it is banned in the US. Mainly because there will be a possibily we cold get Rare (maybe as jst a third party) and the Wii U will get better sales and more games! Also, I don't mind because the Xbox is a useless console for me.
