I agree with Kard. The title is a little blurry, as well as the art, whereas the case isn't very blurry. Definitely a shop, but if the game gets announced the case will look almost exactly like this.
Be wary, the suck is coming.

A lot of people around the web are making fake box art for games, because the box design has been revealed. And I would say this is one of them.

Below the RP there's a few white lines, the Nintendo logo has some black spots on its edges and the yellow trim has some black spots coming up onto it.

You can tell it's shopped.
The logos are facing straight, and do not align with the angle of the box.
I'd say nice try, but one shouldn't make boxarts for unconfirmed games.

It certainly looks good, but yeah, definitely fake.
