Salt not necessary, it has at least a gig of ram.... likely 1.5... 2 would be quite the optimistic hope.
More important than the capacity, would be the type, clock, and latency of the main ram.

512mb of 1024 bit EDRAM and a super fast loading disc would blow away 3gb standard dram and a standard bluray drive this FACT seems to by pass hardcore guys brain

Also, two more things.
1. What's the deal with salt and using it as a metaphor for not taking things too seriously?
and
2.
We are talking about RAM, and you have a ram as your display picture.I think 3GB would be better but what the heck, who buys a console for graphics.
