Hey guys! If you don't know, WiiTalkUListen is a podcast that is going to start up VERY soon by some of the members of the podcast (more information here: Click Me!)

The WiiTalkUListen podcast will be holding a Pokemon special soon where we'll be talking about Black/White 2 and strolling down memory lane. Do you have any questions for the host about Black/White 2 or about the series in general? What are some of your favorite moments in the game series? Favorite songs? Tell us here ^^

My favorite memory was finally catching rayquaza when I was 7. I loved ruby and sapphire and I can't wait for their remakes!!

I remember my first portable game was Pokemon Blue, I remember when it wasn't working I ran the cartridge under water, in my childish mind I thought "Hey, the game's blue, Blastoise likes water, better run it under the tap". The best part, it worked.

Why are all the pokemon games the same?
I remember red and blue wherr great. First of there kind. Yellow was good too. Then after that its just small changes and new pokemon.

The issue with this comes with the sorting of ideas. Seeing as the Wii U and Pokemon are two different topics, I wouldn't have wanted them together for the sake of keeping the ideas separate. Though, the Wii U based threads would have most definitely been better together and for that I apologize. Woot woot~

OMG, I know right? Awhh, the good old days. That's still my favorite Pokemon game(s) - Ruby and Emerald. I love them so much.

Why are all the pokemon games the same?

they have changed enough, why stray away from a fun formula that works so well. If you complain about Pokemon being the same that's the same as saying all Mario's are the same, and all call of duties, and every game series in history almost. They all keep the same concept but add new things like 1. Completely different worlds 2. Completely new enemies( or Pokemon) 3. Upgraded graphics 4. More polished gameplay 5. More online interactivity 6. Completely new gameplay mechanics 7. New NPC's 8. New moves 9. Lengthened replay value. And you say it's never changed?? Think again!

I guess i just miss ff7. I love the time bar for the turns. And just felt like pokemon could add that in. To me it would make great use of the pokemon speed number.
Also o want to see the pokemon do ots move and go over there and hit the other one.
I wanna see there pokemon look beat down.
I want more then 4 moves. 6 at lest would be nice.
I guess as all the games went on. I didnt see those things added in.
The game changes little by little and to me its not enough. Its lacking.

And all those other games are kind of the same. Run here ,.shoot this, blow up that. But imo thats ok for them.
But i see that pokemon can be improved.

They should let me make one i bet it would be the best damn pokemon ever.
Throw some counters in there also. Hit a randomly pick button right.before they attck to counter it.

May my pokemon game would be to hard to the little ones but some things i do think need to be change.

i would absolutely hate a timer on game. It would ruin it for me because I hate anytime in a game when you are being timed. I wouldn't mind the extra animation, but I always turn move animation off anyways so it really wouldn't get on my nerves to much. And Pokemon is a strategy game and putting 6 moves in would destroy
That strategy, it is all about making the most of a Pokemon and 6 moves would really dumb down the game to a point it would no longer target the older demographic but rather only children.

Well not time time as you may be thinking.
idk if you ever played ff7 But time as in moves.
Each player had a speed. Once they do a move the bar has to fill up before they can do another move. (i.e. there turn again).
So its possiable to be able to hit your emery twice before they hit you once.
Idk i always loved that and i dont see it any more in games. It just added that extra level of skill. And made sense to up your players speed because that determined how fast that bar filled up.

Check the video ^ see where it says time.

But as i said thats just me. I just believe the game could be changed up better. Add a little more to it.
