Just wondered if anyone else here is into Cars, And i don't mean just watching top gear. I mean modifying them etc. Below is a video of a recent meet i was invited to here in Sydney Australia. It kind of shows the direction the car scene is heading here in Aus, and just wanted to see who else out there is into modified cars ?

I used to do off roading, but not so much anymore. I have a Suzuki SX4 hatch which I contemplated getting a body kit for. But after seeing the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coup with the Vega body kit

Yea i have a turbo civic that i build myself. Been working on cars for about 9years now. Love the imports tho. And i do all my own work. Great at wiring, fair at welding and pretty good at fabbing stuff.

I'm surprised we haven't actually discussed cars before. The closest things that come to my mind are Cerb's love for racing games and AMAC's love for Formula 1.

I have a 2007 mustang gt custom tuned. I got kooks long tube headers with high flow catted h pipe. cnl racer cold air intake, and steeda charge motion delete plates. With a tillman speed 93 all out race tune.

I'm mainly an American V8 car person. But I find European cars very interesting.

^^^ Im a bit into everything, I was more so into V8's when i was younger. Been in the pits at bathurst etc. But as i grew up i got over the "big car big engine phase" Im more into the Japanese tuner cars now, But i like a bit of everything. At one stage i owned my Skyline as well as a V8 commodore.

I find that V8s sound much better. And the older I get, the more I like American V8s.

^^^ Yeah you cant really beat the sound of a v8, But 9/10 V8's are good at one thing, which is just driving in a straight line, put them on a race track and they are hopeless, of course there is exceptions to the rule. but in most cases they are just straight line warriors.

Well, I can tell you I drive a Toyota Aurion, and that basically reaches my extent of knowledge on cars.

Cars and modifying them are cool, as long as you can drive.

The exception: the new Dodge Charger RT/SRT8. I can tell you from experience, that these thing ride with the road. It's so amazing!
