I don't know where this would go, but my sister whent to BK to get a kids meal and this is what came with it

They probably didn't have the Wii U toys in stock yet, and gave you what ever the previous promotional toys were.

Ask them for the Wii U toys specifically. That's what I had to do.

you should have asked them for some wii u toys, if they don't know what you're talking about, ask them for "mario" toys.

That's probably a left over toy from a previous promotion. They usually try to get rid of them before they give out the new toys.
