I'd have to say Metal Gear Solid 3D.
All the previews I have watched seem to be stating the same problems:
Controls are lackluster
Camera is horrible
And frame rate is an issue

Cooking Mama isn't that bad. It's probably one of the better titles among all shovelware.
It does, however, have the worst spinoffs... Babysitting Mama anyone?
Did that game even sell.... like once?...
I'd have to say that Face Kart game.... it's just.... I don't even...

Tetris 3D. Mainly because there are a gazillion tetris games out there and a game like that doesn't need to be in 3D.

Judging by the official pics and the E3 gameplay video (on the eshop) Luigi's Mansion does look terribly pixelated, most notably around the ghosts. I'm sure it'll be a great game anyway, too bad I'll have sold my 3DS by the time it comes out.
Most of the E3 trailers look pixelated. That's just because the videos are relatively low quality. I'm sure the game itself will look great.
