I added the software but can you add the board? Any help will greatly be appreciated.

I haven't done this before, but I'd say try using the serial number found on the board itself. That's all I know, since Wii Fit/Wii Fit Plus only comes with one CN code to my memory, which is the one you mentioned, the software itself.

The points for both Wii fit and the Board are included in the Club Nintendo slip inside the Wii Fit game case.
