ouch man.
I dont think you can change it. I read through the manual and dont see anything about changing the controls.
Seems like it would be hard to play with 1 hand anyways since you have to do a lot of holding the system and using the touch screen.

It's possible he could be good enough with one hand to still play well. I remember seeing a guy with one hand playing Xbox I think. And he was really good. Only problem I see with the OP not being able to play is the fact that the gamepad is very big.

That is rather amazing. As for zombiU I don't think you will be able to play it as there is much more to it then aiming and shooting (it is more about picking your fights and inventory management which I don't think would be fun to do with one hand as the game doesn't pause when you go into your inventory).
