haha sorry to disappoint you. was thinking about including all the current hardcore games for the wii u while the logo was playing, but I'm waiting for next weeks press event (September 13) for all the official game annoucnemtns. i'll make a hype video with this for sure

"Yes, the game will probably still be right for all of us (casuals, family, friends, gamers alike), but could it also be the perfect fit just...for *U* (the hardcore; dedicated gamers)" - Reggie Fils-Aime Wii U Reveal at E3 2012. This is the quote that inspired me to make a new Wii U logo.

The Wii U logo still reminds me of the original Wii, which percieved as casual looking due to the *Wii* branding, so I made a hardcore one inspired by Lecrae's new album, Gravity, putting more emphasis on the *U*, the hardcore, and less on the casual *Wii* perception.

I saw the Gravity logo on the album and It's very similar to Wii U's *U*, so I got inspired to use it as the new Wii U logo. What do you think of the new logo?

My first reaction to Wii U when I got my hands on it for the first time @ E3 2012. And thanks to my camera, I had a lil' chat with some Nintendo booth babes ;) . Plus, I had no idea what I was filming the whole time 'cause my camera doesn't have bulit-in LCD screen......until now ;)

It's been a month since I been to E3 and I just finished uploading all my Wii U demo videos. I wish I had a fast pc to edit and upload my whole trip to E3 faster, but Wii U is my focus this year and I want to share it to you guys.

Before I went to E3 this year, I wanted to film Wii U demos in a way that is U-nique and has never been done before.

Because of the Wii U GamePad, I wanted to show the relationship between the GamePad and the TV in a way that is U-nifying.

I wanted to show the Wii U, not in a journalistic way, but from a perspective of a gamer...as if U are right in front of it.

And here it is...and I'm glad it turned out pretty well.

I woke up this morning with full of emails from Youtube.

I was like "wow" that's a lot.

Then, I check out Kotaku while eating bacon, and then I saw this article titled "This Might Be The Coolest Way To Show You The Wii U" with a very familar thumbnail...wait a minute...are those my......*SQUEAL*

I was like "OH SNAP! WOW!" Kotaku shared my videos!!!

So that's why I got so many messages from YouTube.

First of all, I want to thank Kotaku for sharing my Wii U demos videos.

Second, I am glad that this approach of filming Wii U demos is being recognized and more people will see how awesome the Wii U is in my First Person Perspective View. especially to those who are having a hard time understanding the concept of the Wii U.

I'm happy my ideas (before E3) and efforts paid off. I'm very thankful humbled.

The only thing Nintendo won this year is theyre intro. Miyamoto with his Pikmin-ions walking with him down stage. Awesome intro music! Quirky Pikmin appearing on screen. And Miyamoto trolled the audience by pretending to throw his Pikmin doll...that absolutely gave the audience a hear attack...and that was freakin' awesome! All in all. Nintendo has the best intro of all E3 hands down.

In these videos, you will see how Wii U works: how it interacts between the TV and the Wii U GamePad (controller w/ screen), how intuitive and responsive the GamePad's resisitive, single-touch, touch screen is, and it shows how games incorporate and utilize the GamePad in new, unique, and creative ways.

I had my doubts, but when I actually tried out the Wii U in person (and its games)...that controller itself...is believing; it made me a believer. I am very impressed.
