#181126 Nintendo E3 2013 Lineup

Posted by bigbadwolfe911 on 09 March 2013 - 11:46 PM

I think all of the above would be great! But would like to add the following as my wish list some of which is unlikely but just the same this is my wish-list:

- Earthbound U announcement along with US release of all Mother, Mother 2 (Earthbound), and Mother 3 on the Wii U and 3DS eShop with US translations.

- Star Fox Adventures U

- Animal Crossing U with integration between Animal Crossing: New Leaf 3DS so that we can go from one game to the other and keep progressing our towns on both but with some Wii U only enhancements.

- GameCube eShop announcement with Luigi's Mansion, Mario Sunshine and Star Fox Adventures as the launch titles. While I would love to see these get HD treatment like Wind Waker, I would just love to have them on the Wii U with option to play on Gamepad only.

#178540 EA EXPOSED

Posted by bigbadwolfe911 on 03 March 2013 - 01:30 AM

While first thought is to not buy any EA games until this is resolved. I would hate to not support developers like Criterion, who seem to have put full effort into Need For Speed Most Wanted U and other developers like Crytek who put in the effort but were blocked by EAs personal issues. And realistically I think EA is more likely to come around if they see good sales of the games that do come out versus people boycotting the few games they have or will release.

But this story definitley sheds some light on the comment made during EA's investor call on January 13th where they stated "What we're describing as gen four has yet to come." Referring that the Wii U is not next gen. So apparently EA's policy is on par with the kiddies in grade school if you won't play it my way I will mock you and call you names.

Well luckily not everyone is of that adolescent mentality and Nintendo will pull the Wii U together as they continue to thrive as they have always done.
