Hope the patch select screen isn't going to be like 40 blank boxes which basically scream, HEY! you can unlock ALL these for £15.99*** a piece!
If unlockable in-game and amiibo are separated then it's good I wont have to stare at it, like press + to access amiibo outfits.
Shame it's still locked on-disc content anyway. Cosmetic or not is irrelevant, like the amiibo challenge modes in splatoon.
***May cost more due to scum of the earth

Hope they let me mash B to skip text now.
It went too damn slow in the previous game.
Victinis wheel, using shops and about to leave on missions.. I don't need that text anymore. let me skip it

Why couldn't it be a proper sequel.

Link between worlds CD from Club Nintendo and Ruby/Sapphire plates for New 3DS. Back plate isn't on because I don't have a screwdriver and a knife wont fit.

That would be awesome.
Would also love 4 to be released outside of Japan too, but I'll take what they give.
Also hope what happened to the wii release of Crimson Butterfly wont happen this time. EVERYONE should be able to play it.
I think Nintendo should put the wii edition of Crimson Butterfly as a downloadable title for US since they never had it at all.

Don't know what to feel about that
But the cast has already been chosen..

It never came with the standard red booklet where you scratch off the silver gunk to reveal code.
As far as I know, without that booklet, you get no code. In europe at least.

Is this why my Captain Toad never had a code?
Or did gamestop just steal it

Got my email today at the worst possible time.
Banks are closed for weekend and I don't know if my bank will be open on Monday (final day for offer)

Lucky. How did you get it?
I had him on pre-order since announcement. Amazon UK did have some stock issues so he came a bit later than my others.

Brilliant news about discontinuation. Stock problems are annoying though, even though they are a good thing. I was going to buy my Kirby at an extorted price when my first one was cancelled . just glad Amazon US is by proper prices.
All I want from batch 2 is Zelda and from 3 will be Sheik, Rosalina & Luma and possibly Toon Link.
My batch one stuff is fine for now, may grab Peach simply for the outfit in MK8 to use with Petch, don't judge me!

My goodies arrived today, minus Kirby and Villager Amiibo. They'll arrive next week due to stock issues.

I've had this game since release in Europe and love it to bits, got about 50 hours so far, have not finished main story, still not mastered all Lives (or used three certain combat lives), DLC still not used.
Lives are so samey though, reason why is in spoiler tag.
Smithing, Carpentry, Alchemy and Cooking are all Mash A, Hold A, Press A when circle is in centre.
Tailor is Mashing A and Press A when circle is in centre. I think it's bugged because it doesn't have the Hold A mechanic and is just another Press A in circle (you can plainly see that it should be Hold A)
I have not dabbled much in combat but no doubt things are the same
Being an angler is probably the only unique thing there is. Holding A to reel in, hold for too long and the fish gets away. The fish will also try and pull away so you'll need to move the circle stick in a certain direction to keep up.
I do enjoy using other lives to gather resources for others. Shops offer pretty much everything you need (some need to be unlocked) but I collect everything when adventuring.

LOL, can't believe games getting a few lower scores because they don't like how sexual she is.. How silly.

Wonder how getting Toadette works.
Either rescue her then she's playable or her adventures happen in a different area to captain toad.
I like the idea of her being dropped off in a different area and they're both working towards getting the treasure from the bird. Much better than simply rescuing Toadette to play as her.
EDIT: This could be the thing they were hiding when they were doing their livestream of this. She might be available from the very beginning.

I horsing LOVED IT
First ever gameplay experience with Bayonetta and I jizzed all over the place.
I've seen that area so many times, but actually playing it is brilliant. This will probably be the only game ever that I would max out demo useage.
I thought witch time would be a pain in the ass but it's not really. You're given more than enough time to react so it's not really "at the last possible second"

Well Nintendo Europe doesn't have these member ranks so there's nothing to worry about here
The loss of points from hardware would be sad though, those had juicy stars.
