#304840 nes remix pack wii u disc art

Posted by iEatTacos on 07 December 2014 - 11:30 PM in Wii U Games and Software

I wonder what the ultimate remix 3ds cart looks like... imagine that having a similar nes cart look and using it on this:

kind of odd though since the 3ds would be the "controller" but still nostalgic

#309272 Motion controls won’t be a requirement for Star Fox Wii U

Posted by iEatTacos on 19 February 2015 - 01:08 PM in Wii U Games and Software

nice that Nintendo is making it optional.

I just want that cockpit view from the N64 version of StarFox 64, that would make me so happy.

Either way, I'm buying day one

#307897 10 minutes of Project Cars

Posted by iEatTacos on 30 January 2015 - 11:42 AM in General Gaming

This is the racing game I've been waiting for. driveclub, Forza Horizon 2, The Crew, have all been more arcade oriented. This seems to be more on the simulation side. And that's what I like

#311812 Amiibos

Posted by iEatTacos on 10 April 2015 - 10:18 AM in Wii U Games and Software

Nintendo has to walk the thin line between making the Amiibo functionality worth while AND not too over the top where it becomes unfair to players who bought the same full game who do not have th Amiibo.

But so far I think they are doing a very good job, making the Amiibo advantages subtle but worthwhile.

As others have said, the real problem is actually getting the ones you want

#305835 Who to listen to when it comes to game reviews?

Posted by iEatTacos on 22 December 2014 - 06:46 PM in General Gaming

I usually check here, Nintendo life/WiiUDaily for Ninty releases, and for ps4 multiplats, I usually take a glance at popular sites and also look at gamefaqs.

But like others said, the sure-fire way would be to try to secure a demo, rent it, or watch a "let's play"
