This is it, with the Radeon HD 6850.

I'm on a budget so it's not that expensive but still, will it play games well? From what i've heard yes. But I need expert opinions and i'm sure i'll find some here.

Edit: Forgot to post the link. *facepalm

Alright, a couple things need to be changed. If you're gonna want to use all that graphic card's power, you're gonna need more RAM (6 would be enough, but I don't see that option, so you're gonna have to go with 8  ). I also recommend getting a 1 Terra-byte Hard drive, but you don't have to.

But there's one um... big problem... I see no processors on the page. Without a good processor the graphics card isn't gonna work. You'll need an intel i5 at least, i7 would be better though.

Edit: If you're wondering how I know all this it's because I bought a new cpu last month. Let me know if you find the processors.

There are 3 processors to choose from: AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition, AMD Athlon II X4 640 AM3 and AMD Phenom II X2 560 Black Edition.

Which one of these is best?

oh wow I totally missed that.

Well, the Phenom II X2 560 Black Edition is best, but it's not even close to as good as a i5, so you might have some problems.

Meh, he won't have that much of problems honestly. Sure, a good processor is excellent to have, but I don't think it will bottleneck his GPU performance at all. However, I think you may want to go for a Power Supply (PSU) with more wattage, than the 400W one. If you can shell out a bit more cash, go for the 500W at least.

Hope you enjoy the PC man!

You won't have too many issues and should run most games fine. However, it is the sort of thing that will have to be upgraded again in the not too distant future.

It's an AMD Phenom Black Edition. Those things are supposed to be pretty darned fast, and I think they'd probably be on at least the same level as an i5.

For gaming, by the way, an i7 is overkill. You're better off spending the extra money on a higher-end GPU if you get the choice. Games typically run just fine on an i5 - the i7 is targeted towards professionals who need to ray-trace 3D graphics (which can only be done properly by a CPU).

It depends on the rest of the components. If you're going to be running SLI or Crossfire with two high end GPU cards, you'll want the i7. Otherwise, the Phenom II will perform on par, or often even better than the i7 for high res gaming.

I guess this means that cpu is fine then :P

And I upgraded the CPU and PSU which took the price to £454, which is a pretty good deal i think

Thanks for the help :)

Also, how nesascary is the 500w PSU? Would a 400w one be fine or should i definately upgrade it?

I guess it was only me who thought you would need it then >.< I guess it really depends what games you want to play on it.

Well, have fun!

I think it's probably pretty necessary, as I just went on Newegg and it says "500 Watt or greater power supply recommended", so I'd say it's probably a good idea to get one if possible.

Apparently some doesn't understand the term he's going on a Budget when it comes to this
