I'm not noticing any latency, just my battery my battery got worse. And my music wasn't playing for some odd reason. They'll patch it soon though.

To get it to stop overheating I put a refrigerated water bottle on the power brick. Without that I get 1 hour of play time before it overheats when the disc is spinning, 3 hours so far with the bottle and disc spinning, 5 1/2 hours with no bottle, disc installed (different game), and unlimited with the bottle
