If you want to play on the server, contact NinjaShock or Lord N (or both of them - use a group private message!). They're the ones in charge of running it.

It adds about ten seconds of work to every post I make. If I make 1000 posts, that's 10,000 seconds - about three hours. Besides, doesn't it look a bit immature?

I did a little performance tweak and moved our sessions table into RAM. Has anyone noticed the forum running faster today?

Lol, Link. :P

Later on, I plan to set up a CDN. That should provide a much more significant speed boost.

This change might translate into the server being able to handle an extra 5-10 people online at a time at best.
