You could try a freeware called Aptana Studio. It pretty much does everything CS4 does, and then some, like conveniently closing any tags you open the second you do.

Go to your "Account & Coins" then click the Tab "Coins & Status" and scroll all the way down to '2012 Elite Status' to be sure.
