Windwaker is a fun trip down memory lane. Bought it at walmart at midnight the day it came out on a whim can't say that I was dissapointed

I get about 4-5 hours of sleep a day sometimes i get off all my jobs and get lucky. Like today I dont have to work till 5pm because my other job didnt need me today. And I dont get to play games nearly as much as I used to when I was in high school but I do find time.

I have a Thermal Take Case with 6gb DDR3 Ram and a ATI RADEON HD 4800 Graphics Card Im looking to upgrade to 16 GB Ram and a Nvidia Card with atleast 1GB Ram on the card. My card I have now has 1GB Ram. How do I know what to buy? I really have no clue and I can't figure out what model tower I have or anything... So Idk what kind of ram to buy and what kind of graphics card I can put in it
