I wouldnt buy it either i have a ton of hours in the 360 version only way id buy it if they had Wii U exclusive DLC expansions

The next Injustice game should be made as an open world game by Rocksteady where you switch characters mid game. Kinda like how GTA 5 is going to be and yes I know Rockstar makes GTA and Rocksteady makes the Arkham games

Is it free? I havent been into Nintendo since the Gamecube days and never registered my wii games. And another thing can i register my wii games or DS games still???

It is free, yes you can still register your Wii/DS games, but the coins earned won't count towards the next year's Club Nintendo gold/platinum prize. Read the Club Nintendo FAQ for more details.
