That doesn't necessarily mean it's ready to be shown, I have no idea what goes into development in what order, but i'm guessing graphics are near the last thing to be implemented. Thus not ready to be shown because the graphics aren't there. (If I'm wrong, please tell me)

Eh, I'm pretty sure they'd want to get the visual style down pretty early... You know, for it to tie in well with the game design and all that. I'm no game designer, that's just my mindset. But either way, they already showed us some gameplay, so why not more? Anything more, oven the same thing from a different angle would have me foaming at the mouth again...

Eiji Aonuma: That might be something that consciously we kind of did, but not to say anything specific – I am not saying anything specific – but, I am hoping people continue to comment, and I will continue to follow the fan comments and reactions to the trailer. No. Itaki created Ninja gaiden and DOA series and left Tecmo in 2008 formed his own studio and this is his first game since leaving tecmo. It was nearly vaporware for years but Nintendo is funding it so it's now second party game.

I really hope devil's third gets smoothed out a pretty good amount before launch, I've been missing a good online TPS for a while and as of right now it looks as good as all the newer F2P TPSs for PC. I think it could be something great if it's polished. Reminds me of GunZ
