Yes although I wonder what the difference is as the eshop I am sure takes a lot of resources and money to maintain itself.

Nope. 18" plastic statue that lights up in a couple places, a 190 page art book, and a poster. No soundtrack, no DLC for the actual game, no making-of anything. All for the low, low price of over 4x the MSRP of the one game.

Me personally I am all into digital download... especially with the nintendo delux promotion its like paying yourself... I get money back for the money I spend... then on top of that I dont have to change disc anymore just tap on the game I want.
