@Huntsman, just make it a routine to check if you are dreaming or not. This is what I did, draw an "A" on your hand and constantly make sure it's there. Eventually you will check in your dream and realize it's gone. Once that happens, you know you are dreaming and can control most of it. Also make sure to write about your dreams, it helps.
