Kind of hard to explain though, once you play it you'll know it. And random death is pretty self explanatory

Hmm.... I trust you, but I really hope that it doesn't happen much or that you might have a bad copy...

Like I said, Nintendo can probably patch this via Nintendo Network. IMO they rushed development of the game and that's why instances like these maybe happening.
