So get this...the little rubber cover that goes over the circle pad on my 3DS has come off. Glue doesn't seem to work for very long. Any ideas on where to replace/how to fix it?

Whatever you do. DON'T use any type of superglue or similar glue Unless you know exactly what your doing First.

@Stephen: My older bro said not to use super glue either, due to the fact that it does melt plastic a bit. @Caius: Gorilla Glue, eh? I'll look into it.
