It's always really stupid to not include the charger but I have no problem with it since I have some already and they are still in great condition. It only sucks for people who don't have one of the others before so they have to buy it seperate. That's where not including it is flawed.

Personally, I didn't have a dsi, so for my pal console I had to buy one separately. Thankfully, it wasn't costly -it was about 10€(13$-.
