I have a wifi router and can use wifi but whenever anybody is on the phone, you can't connect to it. Does anybody have any idea of what the problem is?

your isp should be able to give you one for free, but that might depend on what country you're in.

I live in America, and I think I remember them giving us a free TV remote once when ours broke.
