There are some minor benefits, such as releasing foreshadowing, but it's like a book. You realize little deteails that were hinted at, but you still find it as enjoyable as before.

But yeah, it's worth the money. My personal Favourite puzzle/VN game. Better then Phoenix Wright

Also, Soundtrack is one of the best I've heard in gaming. Seriously, just look up the main theme. Get's yo blood pumping.
