only 1 pixel is very common and nintendo will not replace for just 1 dead pixel. I would not worry about it.

It looks like a cluster of Dead pixels forming what looks like dust. It's not horrible.. but still annoying

send it in to nintendo see what they say there was a problem wit hsome of the older 3ds getting dirt behind the scrren when they were made at the factory I read before.
