This totally didn't happen to me but theoretically, if I were to have forgotten I had an old account named "WydrA" a while back, forgotten about it and made another account called "BlackWydrA", would I be able to change the WydrA account name to something random and then change the BlackWydrA account to "WydrA"?

No, you can't register an account if the login name is already taken. Unless an admin were to change the login name.

Well can you do that then please? You can get rid of this account, since I don't even have the email it's registered to anymore :/
