I'm really looking forward to the new 3ds. the only problem I see if people being confused again. Nintendo need to use different names.

Not necessarily. In terms of more RAM, better lightning and some other features, the current 3ds still would have trouble in raw power for something like Xenoblade in terms of it's CPU. 3dude can elaborate. DKC3D was a pretty solid port, not exactly same as Wii and half the FPS on 3DS version.

What I mainly want the N3DS (That's what I'll be calling the New 3DS from now on) to do is play older 3DS games at better FPS and improved 3D. RE:R is still awesome, but the 3D ghosts a lot on my XL. DKCR3D is a great port, but only runs at 30FPS.

@ half of ya lol...
But yea the name will be the ds / dsi all over, even the wii and wii u. People are very dump and i can see alot of moms buying the wrong game for the wrong system.
The improvements in hardware are nice but im mainly looking forward to the nubbin and extra triggers. It makes playing so many games alot easier. And i been dying for some FPS metriod.
And N3DS sounds nice and will probably be what the call it.
