I'd prefer not to get charged just to play online. That's the main issue I had with the 360.

PS+ DOES give free games, and a BUTT-TON of really good discounts for other games as well. Plus, it's $5 per month, which is chump change compared to XBOX Live's $9.99. Honestly, I'M cool with it, but I'm not expecting others to be. Just remember that Sony is VERY generous when it comes to PlayStation plus.
