interesting, so they were thinking of doing the 50hz thing but then changed it? can you provide a link to the list at nintendo.co.uk? Can't find what you are referring to...

a few of them are 50hz. i'm talking about the official release ones, most are the us versions. if you can't find the news link at the bottom then try googling for it
