Uh we use Celcius in Australia so I have no idea if you guys are talking hot or cold. 103f sounds hot doe, that's 39 Celcius which we get to on almost every summer day in Australia. Hot for America. Or wherever you live.

Well 90 degrees in the US means 32 Celsius for you. So yeah one mentioned 104 so that's about 40 degrees Celsius. So hot. Many summers where I live can get well over 100F (40C approx).

In Europe we use Celsius too, but I know Fahrenheits also. This summer is pretty cold, the past few years it was always about 45-47 celsius (113-116f).
