Well, the system here in Belize isn't much better. The fact that all grammatical terms and names for specific stuff in Math are in another language isn't helping either.

I blame "No Child Left Behind". No Child is going to be left behind alright, because all the other kids are going to be dragged down with them!

@Andy I completely agree with you. This is why they should not cut music programs. Countries with good music program are also great academically! ha!!
