I hate Stunfisk but when it uses Fissure on me it usually misses. I think you guys that are saying the computer cheats are just having bad luck...or I'm just having good luck.

If the attacker and target are the same level, it only has a 30% hit chance. It hit 75% of the time on me. That just ain't right.

But it is statistically possible. There's almost a 3% chance of it happening. That's pretty crazy bro. You'd be lucky if it didn't happen for serious. eh who am I kidding? The computer cheated you hard.
